The Mission of the Hospital Ministry seeks to provide a compassionate, caring, and benevolent response to meet the needs of those receiving medical care for an extended hospitilization, to our brothers and sisters in Christ first, and then to our fellow family, friends, and neighbors. “Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.” – Galations 6:10. The ultimate goal recognizes the spritual condition of man’s soul and we know our Lord has blessed us with such an opportunity to seek the lost.
The Hospital Ministry creates ‘Survival Kits’ (Care Bags) that are filled with snacks, waters, rice bags, Kleenex, Germ-X, wipes, toiletries, candy, mints, gum, a writing pad and pen, a get well card, magazines, evangelistic materials, and hand-made quilts. These Survival Kits are hand delivered to those that are having extended hospital stays. If you would like more information or would like to help out with the Hospital Ministry, you can contact Kyle Franklin at firstname.lastname@example.org.
